We are also discussing the ‘things to keep in mind’ when visiting India. We have listed down the most essential things that you should have with you on your visit to India. Its an amazing checklist, especially for those who are business travellers. Here are the highlights:
1. Have a copy of your Passport and Visa always handy
2. Be Aware of Internet speeds – they might not be the best all the time
3. Avoid Traffic – Use Metro
4. Commute – Understand traffic congestions
5. Pick up a SIM Card for your phone, as soon as you land
6. If you are here for business, understand the Audience you are addressing. Their backgrounds are different, culture and qualification can make them very different as individuals, even though in the same business
7. Mics – might not necessarily be available the way you want them
8. Wifi – Might not be available everywhere and all the time
9. Mac Vs Windows compatibility
10. Ask for directions, Google maps might not always right
11. Time factor – The India Standard Time
12. Language
