Sejal was a media planner @ Times of India. She is currently working as Social media property Analyst

and as a marketing professional.

Sejal highlights the opportunities, challenges and constraints for women in Digital marketing space:

 There is a mindset shift and opportunities in Digital space for women,especially in Bangalore with flexi work hours

 Emergence of co-working space, thanks  to Digital era

 Challenges to keep abreast with technology and thirst to venture into new platforms.

 Upgrading digital marketing skills connecting virtually with Industry experts.

 Right guidance by Senior members to plan strategy and devise a plan
