While scant research has been conducted on the role employee communication plays in engagement, all the indicators suggest that companies that communicate effectively have larger populations of engaged employees. On August 25, four IABC Fellows will discuss the communication-engagement link, how to incorporate engagement into your communication strategy, tactics for building engagement online and off, and how to measure the communication effect on engagement. The panel will also take your questions in real time; ask your questions on Twitter using the hashtag #COF12. You can watch the live broadcast at the bottom of this page or on YouTube. It will be available as a video on YouTube after the broadcast is over.
