In this episode, we talk about some Indian businesses that have beaten the odds. They not only survived but are doing extremely well. This podcast is about 6 stalwart businesses including Tata Group, the secret to their continued success, and their forays, if any, into the digital space.
The topic stems from an article in the Economic Times titled “Here are the 10 oldest companies in India that are still going strong.” The article starts off with the fact that the life span of Fortune 500 companies has reduced drastically. According to leadership guru Steven Denning, it’s actually down from 75 years back in the 1950s to 15 years! That’s massive reduction!
