Use the book as a marketing tool for your #ThoughtLeadership. The discussion also touches on reasons why, as Peter puts it, calling the publishing industry an industry is actually an oxymoron today. The traditional publishing model is broken, and the publisher’s and the author’s objectives are usually not aligned. The publishing industry has changed by becoming more dynamic. Think of the business side of publishing a book and get companies to help you use the book to generate market and create business for your #ThoughtLeadership.
